Supriyo Thakur began his journey in photography in 2007, driven by a keen eye for wildlife and a deep fascination for tigers and India’s untamed landscapes. Over the years, his work has evolved beyond capturing striking images to embracing conservation, documentation, and visual storytelling as powerful tools for environmental awareness. Through ethical wildlife photography, he documents forests, birds, elephants, predators, and fragile ecosystems across India with patience, sensitivity, and respect for nature. His photographs reflect not only the beauty of the wild but also the urgent need to protect disappearing habitats and biodiversity. Supriyo’s storytelling approach combines observation with emotion, creating compelling narratives that inspire appreciation and responsibility toward conservation. His work was also featured in Nicefoto by Delhi Photography Club in 2016, Chhattisgarh Tourism, Sanctuary Asia, Jol Jongol further recognizing his contribution to wildlife photography and nature documentation in India.
